Last week Dr. Holger Bartel, CEO at RealRate, took part in a very special event on the subject of AI and insurance, entitled:
“The AI transformation in the insurance industry: a 360-degree view”
The “The Snyergy Summit” event was run by Deutsche Versicherungsakademie (DVA) (German Insurance Academy) and VersicherungsForum (Insurance Forum).
At the event, the potential and challenges of artificial intelligence in the insurance industry were comprehensively examined in various presentations and an interactive breakout session.
From exciting practical examples to legal framework conditions, deep insights were obtained into the use of AI in sales (e.g. as a personal coach) and in claims processing. The discussions on the use cases and the wide range of possible applications were particularly impressive.
Dr. Holger Bartel spoke in depth about AI use cases in claims processing and actuarial services.
Other speakers talked about Generative Artificial Intelligence, the use of AI in customer consulting and trends and technologies that are revolutionizing the market.
